Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: August 2026.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms and conditions of sale ("T&Cs") govern the distance selling, on the website myweithy.com, of one-off wellness experiences offered by Ida Studio, Woirida M, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) (hereinafter "Weithy"), to consumer clients (hereinafter "the Participant").

These experiences are hereinafter referred to as "the Experiences".

Any booking constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs, brought to the Participant's attention before payment. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the day of booking.

2. Identification of the seller

Ida Studio, Woirida M, sole trader (EI), registered under SIRET 100 741 966 00012, whose registered address is 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France.

Email: hello@myweithy.com.

3. Description of the Experiences

The Experiences are one-off wellness experiences, organised mainly in Paris, bringing together a small group of adult participants.

Each Experience is described on its dedicated page, which specifies in particular: the practice or topic covered, the date and time, the venue, the number of places, the programme, the host and the price.

The detailed content may be subject to adjustments without altering the nature of the service. If a host is unavailable, Weithy will replace them with a professional of equivalent qualification or reschedule the Experience.

The exact venue is communicated to participants before the Experience.

4. Price

The price of each Experience is shown on its page, in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

The price includes all elements described on the Experience's page. It does not include the Participant's travel to the venue of the Experience.

Weithy reserves the right to change its prices for future Experiences; the applicable price is the one displayed on the day of booking.

5. Booking and places

Booking is done on the site via the dedicated button on the Experience's page, which leads to a secure payment page operated by Stripe.

It is open to adult individuals acting as consumers. The Participant guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.

Places are limited and indicated on the page of each Experience. They are allocated in the order payments are received. The booking is confirmed by email once payment has been validated.

If a payment is made while the Experience is fully booked, Weithy will inform the Participant and refund them in full without delay, or offer them, at their choice, a place on a later Experience.

6. Waitlist

When an Experience is fully booked, or when its date is not yet set, the Participant may join a waitlist by providing their first name and email address.

Joining the waitlist is free and constitutes neither a booking nor a commitment on Weithy's part. It only allows the Participant to be notified by email when a date or an available place opens up. No payment is requested at this stage.

The Participant may request to be removed from the waitlist at any time by writing to hello@myweithy.com.

7. Payment

Payment is made online, in a single instalment, by credit card or any other means offered on Stripe's payment page.

Banking details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page and never pass through the website myweithy.com at any point.

The booking is only final once payment has been effectively collected.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

As the Experiences are leisure activities organised on a specific date and time, the Participant does not have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for these services. They are informed of this before validating their payment.

The applicable cancellation terms are those set out in articles 9 and 10 of these T&Cs.

9. Cancellation by the Participant

Booking an Experience is firm and final and does not give rise to any refund.

A Participant who is unable to attend nonetheless has the following options:

(a) Rescheduling. Request, in writing to hello@myweithy.com no later than seven (7) days before the Experience, to move their place to a later Experience of their choice, subject to availability, within a period of six (6) months. Any price difference remains their responsibility. Rescheduling may only be requested once per booking.

(b) Transfer of place. Transfer their place to another person meeting the booking conditions, free of charge, by informing Weithy in writing no later than two (2) days before the Experience, with the replacement person's contact details. Any financial arrangement between the transferring party and the replacement is not Weithy's concern.

In the event of a serious and duly justified impediment (hospitalisation, major family event), Weithy will consider any request with goodwill, without this constituting a right.

10. Cancellation or change by Weithy

Weithy may cancel an Experience, in particular if the number of participants is insufficient to guarantee the quality of the experience, or for any cause beyond its control. The Participant is informed without delay and chooses between a full refund of the amounts paid, made within fourteen (14) days, and rescheduling their place to a later Experience.

If an Experience has to be moved (change of date, time or venue), the Participant is informed as soon as possible. If the new date does not suit them, they may request a full refund of their booking.

11. Health, participation and liability

The Experiences are wellness experiences. They do not constitute medical care, medical advice or treatment of any kind, and in no way replace a consultation with a healthcare professional. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

By booking, the Participant declares that they are not aware of any medical contraindication to the practice offered. In case of doubt, medical condition, pregnancy or ongoing treatment, they undertake to seek their doctor's advice before the Experience and to adjust their participation accordingly. The Participant remains the sole judge of their own condition and may abstain from any exercise offered.

Weithy's liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault and shall not exceed the amount of the price paid, except in the case of bodily injury or gross negligence. The Participant's absence from a booked Experience does not give rise to any refund.

12. Spirit of the circle and intellectual property

The Experiences are built on trust within a small group. The Participant undertakes to behave with kindness towards other participants and hosts, and to keep confidential the conversations held during the Experience. In the event of behaviour seriously contrary to this commitment, and after a warning has gone unheeded, Weithy may exclude the Participant, without refund.

All content (materials, workshops, the Weithy brand) is protected by intellectual property law and reserved for the Participant's personal use. Any reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited. Recording the Experiences, as well as capturing or distributing images of other participants without their consent, is prohibited.

13. Complaints and consumer mediation

For any question or complaint, the Participant should first contact Weithy at hello@myweithy.com. Weithy will endeavour to respond within seven (7) business days.

In accordance with articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if a written complaint has not resolved the dispute, the Participant may have free recourse to the consumer mediator Weithy falls under:

[TO BE COMPLETED: name, address and website of the consumer mediator]

The mediator must be referred to within a maximum period of one year from the written complaint sent to Weithy.

14. Personal data

The processing of the Participant's personal data is described in theprivacy policy. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and does not pass through the site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law and drafted in the French language. Failing an amicable resolution or successful mediation, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, the consumer Participant being entitled to bring proceedings, at their choice, before either the court with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure or the court for the place where they resided at the time the contract was entered into.
